River Tweed - Union Bridge.
These photos were taken at Union Bridge on the River Tweed.
This bridge is one of the Border crossings between England and Scotland. It is situated on a minor road between Fishwick in Scotland and Horncliffe in England a few miles west of Berwick.
When it opened in 1820 it was the longest iron suspension bridge in the world and still carries light road traffic today.
